Looking for a place near Chip Lake, Lake Isle or Wabamun Lake to store your RV, boat or 5th wheel? We’re in the process of our first phase with 40 outside stalls. Wildwood RV & Boat Storage provides secure and convenient RV, trailer, boat, auto & commercial equipment storage and we’re located just a few minutes off Highway 16 in Wildwood Alberta.

Our facility will be fully fenced with packed gravel, nighttime security lighting, high-definition motion-activated cameras and secure gate access.

Client keypad access 7 days a week, extra wide stalls, wide driveways and 2 gates with a turnaround loop are just some of the convenient features that sets us apart. Our lot makes it convenient and easy to store your RV, BOAT, TRAILER, VEHICLE or EQUIPMENT.

Plans For Wildwood Storage

  • Create a website for customers & visitors to access. (Complete)
  • Create a Tenant Portal for our customers/tenants to have a private dashboard so they can receive invoices, pay invoices, create a maintenance request, view notices about Wildwood Storage, Contact our approved vendors for repairs and contact our management team. (Complete)
  • Start and complete Phase One. (In Progress)
  • Start and complete Phase Two.
  • Start and complete Phase Three.
  • Start and complete Phase Four.

Phase One

  • Install new security fencing around outside storage facility.
  • Install 2 new gates with secure access gate code panels.
  • Install center pole lighting for night security.
  • Install 24 hour surveillance record system for storage facility.
  • Scrape and truck in a gravel base and run a compactor to create a firm packed base for storage facility.
  • Create the first 40 stalls for storage with numbers and markers for each slot.
  • Open the outside storage to the public.

Phase Two

  • Remodel the 4 bays for private rentals.
  • Replace shop doors with new 15×15 feet rollups.
  • Add a washroom in each bay.
  • Add a hand washing sink, base and counter top in each bay.
  • Replace the man doors for each bay to have back access and back parking for tenant to access.
  • Replace lighting in each bay with energy efficient fixtures.

Phase Three

  • Remodel Office Space for private rental.
  • Remodel bathroom to have a 3 piece setup.
  • Install a sink area with cabinets and counter top for small kitchen facility.
  • Replace windows with energy efficient windows.
  • Replace door with new entry door
  • Upgrade front entrance.

Phase Four

  • Possible Storage Units 5′ x 5′, 10′ x 15′ & 10′ x 30′ for private rental.
  • Possible Covered Storage 12′ wide x 40′ deep x 14′ high.
